This notice explains optional analytics on the U-Work General Operative vacancy page at jobs.u-work.io. Updated 10 September 2026.
You can read the vacancy and contact us without allowing analytics. Your choice does not affect your application.
What we measure
If you choose “Allow analytics”, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use this page. It provides click and scroll heatmaps and session replays: reconstructions of interactions with this webpage, rather than video from your camera or recordings of other apps.
- Clicks, scrolling, page sections viewed and time spent interacting with the page.
- Use of the pay tabs, recruitment steps, FAQs and WhatsApp links.
- Technical visit data, such as page and referring URLs, browser, device and screen information, and pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers.
The Clarity code runs only on the vacancy page after consent. We do not send candidate names, phone numbers, CVs or CRM identifiers as custom analytics data. This website tracker cannot read your WhatsApp conversations. A click on a WhatsApp button shows interest in opening a chat; it does not tell us whether you sent a message.
Cookies and your choice
Before you allow analytics, we do not load Clarity. If you allow it, Clarity can use cookies such as _clck and _clsk to recognise visits and link actions into a session. Microsoft may use additional cookies described in its documentation. We send analytics consent as granted and advertising consent as denied; we have not connected advertising accounts to this project.
We save your allow or reject choice in your browser for up to 180 days. This preference is used only to remember your choice. If browser storage is blocked, your choice applies to the current page and you may be asked again on a later visit.
Open “Privacy settings” at the bottom of the vacancy page to change your choice. Rejecting analytics stops further collection on this page and clears accessible first-party Clarity cookies. An active page may reload to fully stop the tracker. Withdrawing consent does not automatically delete data already collected by Microsoft.
Who provides these services
U-Work operates this vacancy page. Microsoft processes the analytics through Clarity. The page is hosted by Cloudflare, which handles requests needed to deliver and protect the website independently of the optional analytics choice. Opening WhatsApp takes you to a separate service with its own privacy rules.
